Wisnu (Wiz) Sugiarto
Ph.D. Candidate in Economics | Washington State University

Hello!

I am an applied microeconomist with research interests in urban, transportation, spatial, natural resource and environmental economics. My current research centers around road safety and public resource allocation. I aim to conduct policy-relevant studies using data and econometric approaches. I have experience working with both primary and secondary data sources and nontraditional data in a text format. Additionally, I have a strong interest in data processing and using visualization to highlight important issues, identify patterns, and tell stories.

As a Ph.D. candidate at Washington State University, I have served as a sole instructor for Intermediate Microeconomics and Labor Economics courses. I have teaching experience in both online and in-person formats.
